The retailer site must not be an existing site in the PayPoint retail network:
- The retailer must enter into a service agreement for PayPoint One Core or PayPoint One Pro and associated services between 11 April – 30 June 2022 (inclusive);
- Within 3 months of entering into the agreement, the retailer must have had their PayPoint One terminal installed and completed at least one transaction;
- Within 6 months of the installation date of the PayPoint One terminal, the retailer must have submitted their claim by email to [email protected].
- All claims must include the retailer’s registered business or company name, PayPoint Agent number, site fascia, site address, site number and date the agreement was signed- these can be found on the retailer’s Confirmation Form.
- Successful retailer claims shall receive a credit on the retailer’s self- billing invoice for 50% of the value of 6 months’ service fee. The credit shall be paid out in the 7th month from the date of installation of the retailer’s PayPoint One terminal.
